Idencia replaces paperwork with real-time information about the manufacture, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure.

Paperwork is replaced by an Android Smartphone App for data entry and photographs, signatures, and GPS location input of individual items.

A central view of all data is available in a browser-based Management Console accessible from any device

Cloud Based with Annual Fee based on the number of records created in the previous years work.

First Year fee is annual subscription only regardless of the number of records created

Subsequent years fees are calculated on Annual Subscription and a fee per record created in the previous 12 months.
